We want your class or special event experience to be great for you and other participants! Creative Ewe has a few policies in place to make sure everyone has the best time possible.
Creative Ewe will post accurate descriptions for all classes, events, and services including but not limited to dates/times for event, prerequisite skills, supplies/materials required, and homework (if required).
Participants are required to provide name, email, and phone number for all registration. Unless you have also opted in to receive marketing materials from us, Creative Ewe will only use this information to contact you about the class, event, or service you have purchased.
Coupon/promotional codes are not available for any class, event, or service.
We do not offer make-up sessions unless preapproved by the instructor or host of the event.
If the minimum number of students do not register at least 3 days before first class/event meeting, we reserve the right to cancel the class/event. Participants will be fully refunded for registration fees.
All students are assumed to have the prerequisite skills listed on the course/workshop listing. Refunds will not be issued to students if the class material is beyond an individual's current proficiency level.
You are able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after 24 hours, you authorize Creative Ewe to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the course value should you miss your visit without proper notification.
