That’s where Creative Ewe's series of quick knit workshops comes in! We'll show you how to make wonderful gifts in a jiffy using only two skeins or less while giving your knitting or crochet skills an upgrade.

Each class provides everything you need to finish at least one gift (and in some cases two or three gifts!)—the pattern, yarn, and any notions you need to finish the item.

Make Your Own Christmas Ornament

Description:

Go on an ornament adventure! In this class, you’ll learn how to knit your very own Christmas ornament just in time to hang it on your tree.

During the class, you’ll receive everything you need to make one of three ornament designs. Once you make one of these amazing ornaments, you’ll want to knit all of them!

What you’ll learn:

How to knit in the round using the magic loop method.

What you get:

Three ornament patterns and enough yarn to make at least two ornaments.

Advanced Beginner-Intermediate

You should know how to cast on, knit, purl, and make basic increases and decreases.

French Press Felted Slippers

Description:

Make a pair of cozy and soft slippers that are tres magnifique! These slippers knit up quickly and make a wonderful gift.

You’ll get everything you need to make one pair of these charming slippers for giving (or keeping for yourself)!

What you’ll learn:

How to felt knitted objects by hand and in a washing machine.

What you get:

A copy of the French Press Felted Slippers pattern, enough yarn to make one pair of slippers, and buttons for finishing.

You should know how to cast on, knit, purl, make basic increases/decreases, bind off, and basic seaming.

Winter Wonderland Mosaic Hat

Description:

Learn to knit a wintery hat using the magical mosaic knitting technique!

Afraid of intarsia or stranded knitting? Mosaic knitting is an excellent way to dip your toes into the world of colorwork. It’s simple and quick to knit but people will think you took weeks to make it!

In this class, you’ll be able to choose between a wool and wool-free yarn combination to make one adult hat or two child-size hats.

Crochet Owl Basket

Description:

Take your beginning crochet skills to the next level and make a charming owl basket in the process!

In this class you’ll learn how to crochet in the round and make basic increases and decreases. When you’re all done, you’ll have a lovely basket to hold towels, toys, remotes or—well, just about anything!

What you’ll learn:

Learn to crochet in the round

What you get:

Owl basket patterns (small and large) and enough yarn to make one large basket.

Skill Level:

Advanced Beginner

Skill required:

You should know how to make a crochet chain, single crochet stitch, and half double crochet stitch.

Argyle Cup Cozy

Description:

Expand your colorwork skills and make a charming argyle cup cozy in the process.

In this class, you’ll learn the basics of intarsia including how to bobbin your yarn, make butterfly bobbin pulls, and change from one color to another.

You’ll also learn the extremely useful duplicate stitch technique to finish your cozy.

After you make one sleeve—you’ll want to your yarn stash for those leftover scraps you never know what to do with—and then cast on for another cozy!

Basics of intarsia; how to do the duplicate stitch

What you get:

Enough yarn to make at least two cozies

Teeny Tiny Keychain

Description:

Come with us to the whimsical world of Mochimochiland! In this class you’ll learn to make a teeny tiny knit [ ] in a jiffy and find out how to turn it into a keychain or zipper pull.

If you’ve never knit in the round or never used double-pointed needles—this is the class for you. Not only will you expand your knitting skills but you’ll have a great stocking stuffer!

Warning: Knitting these tiny friends is addictive and you’ll want to make more!

What you’ll learn:

Learn how to use double pointed needles to knit in the round.

What you get:

Mochimochiland patterns and enough yarn to make at least two keychains/zipper pulls.
