When are you closing?

Our brick-and-mortar store will close on June 15, 2018. However, you will still be able to shop with us through our Creative Ewe webstore as well as any of our pop-up shops or show events.

Will I still be able to purchase Creative Ewe-brand merchandise anywhere?

Yes! Our webstore will continue to carry all of the Creative Ewe products you love and there are plans to continue to expand the Creative Ewe product line. We'll also continue to sell a curated selection of yarns and tools from your other favorite companies such as Malabrigo, Noro, Queensland Collection, HiyaHiya, ChiaoGoo and others.

I'd love to visit you at your pop-up shops or show events. How will I know where Creative Ewe will be next?

I've only shopped with Creative Ewe online. How does the brick-and-mortar closure affect me?

Your experience will not change! In fact, our online webstore will be improving with a new look and user experience in July 2018. And if you're a US customer, your minimum order requirement for free shipping will be reduced to $25 in July. 

What will happen to my Membersheep Rewards Club points?

The Membersheep Rewards Club is here to stay! You can continue to use all of your Membersheep Rewards points when you make a purchase online or at one of our pop-up shops or show events.

Will gift cards be accepted in closing stores?

Absolutely! You can continue to use your gift cards at our brick-and-mortar store through June 15th. After that, you can continue to use any Creative Ewe gift card at our webstore, any of our pop-up shops or show events. You can also continue to purchase gift cards online through our webstore.

Will there be any other changes happening with Creative Ewe?

Over the next few months, we will continue to introduce new products and services. In July 2018, our webstore will get a fresh new look with improved navigation to help you find the products you want more quickly.

We will also reduce the order minimum for free shipping at our online store from $50 to $25 (free shipping for US customers only). And if you live in the Los Angeles County area, you will usually get your purchase the next day if you place your order before 2pm!

Will you have any special pricing, sales, or promotions before closing?

Yes, much of our stock will be sold with discounts prior to our brick-and-mortar store closing. Check your email in the coming days for announcements about our store liquidation sale.

What are return policies at closing stores?

All purchases made during our liquidation sale are final and not returnable.

Why are some products discounted and others not during the liquidation sale?

We are continuing operations of our webstore as well as selling via pop up shops, shows, and other special events. Items not discounted will continue to be a part of our curated product range moving forward.

Can I use Membersheep Rewards vouchers during your liquidation sale?

Absolutely! You can still redeem your Membersheep Rewards for rewards vouchers or any of our other rewards.

Will I continue to earn Membersheep Rewards Points for purchases made during the liquidation sale?

Yes! You can still earn and use Membersheep Rewards Points during the liquidation sale and in the future at our webstore, Pop Shops, and at Fiber Arts shows.

What if I need help on a project or have a question about a pattern?
